January 9, 2006US singer Pink has married motocross star Carey Hart. The pair - who have been romancing for four years - tied the knot on a Costa Rican beach on Saturday.Dozens of guests attended the romantic sunset ceremony, which was non-denominational, at the swanky Four Seasons resort. Pink, real name Alecia Moore, told America's People magazine: "We just love the beach, so we knew we wanted it to be at the beach."Hart added: "We wanted it very fun and non-traditional. We're spiritual, but we're not religious. It was about being with our closest friends and family and having a very fun and loose party."
Pink is said to have proposed to motorbike-enthusiast Carey while he was competing in a race last year. The 26-year-old allegedly went to the race track at Mammoth Lake, California, and held up a sign that read "Will you marry me?" as he whizzed past.As her beau sped past a second time, Pink held up another poster which read, "I'm serious!"

P!nk Is Back on the Road and WOWing Crowds

Last night P!NK hit the stage in Antwerp for the opening night of her much anticipated Funhouse European Tour - wowing 15,000 adoring fans at the Sportspalais.On a stage that has to be seen to be believed she delivered a phenomenal performance of all her hits and debuted tracks from her latest multi-platinum album Funhouse including the smash hit So What. The opening song see's P!NK flying metres over the audience stunning the crowds with some outrageous outfits, glitter falling from the sky, dancers flinging themselves out at the fans below and some mind-blowing acrobatics - it doesn't get much better than this. This is a truly mesmorising, high-energetic performance and proves that no one puts on a show quite like P!NK does. The Funhouse Tour 2009 will come to Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Ireland and ending in the UK at the O2 for three nights in May. The tour will continue on to Australia before coming back to Europe in September.

Ahead of her show in Paris, Pink was invited as a special guest to the Stella McCartney fashion show during Paris Fashion Week and later attended a PETA press conference with Stella to unveil PETA’s new TV commercial which features Pink and actor/comedian Ricky Gervais as the voices of skinned animals.

Con dolor y todo Pink sigue siendo divertida. Para muchos Funhouse se nos presenta como una placa obvia, una banda sonora como catarsis por su separación con Carey Hart, sin embargo a los malagüeros habría que contarles que Funhouse a nivel rítmico es uno de los álbumes con menos baladas editados por Pink... eso sí, no deja de ser romántico en el sentido literal de la palabra. Funhouse es un “todavía me quieres y muero por ti” gritado mientras va en caída libre haciendo puenting sin soga. “Am I sweating, all these tears on my face”, eso duele. Pero, alto! No todo es lamento. Matizado con na na na na na na na’s, da da da da da’s y do do do do do’s Pink nos recuerda que puede ser una mala influencia; que a pesar de todo no es de las que se quedan en casa respondiendo el llamado de algún ex necio a las 4 a.m. y sobre todo, que aún es la rockstar del mundo pop.

Acerca del nombre de su quinta placa Pink comentó: para mi lo principal de los parques de diversiones son los payasos, esos que en realidad dan miedo, los que sonríen aún cuando no pueden. Un parque de diversiones se supone que debe ser divertido pero generalmente da miedo; así es como veo la vida y el amor... a partir de ahí Funhouse, que en un principio iba a llamarse Heartbreak Is A Motherfucker; un “toma mientras” apaciguado por la disquera. C0n todo esto P!nK una vez mas se puede consolidar como una de las mejores cantantes en el medio!.

Although initially viewed as another face in the late-'90s crowd of teen pop acts, Pink quickly transcended and outgrew that label with her combination of pop songcraft and powerhouse, rock-influenced vocals. Born Alecia Moore on September 8, 1979, in Doylestown, PA, Pink received her nickname as a child, years before she dyed her hair accordingly. She grew up in a musical family and was a regular on the Philadelphia club scene by the age of 13, first as a dancer and then as a backing vocalist for the local hip-hop group Schoolz of Thought. At 14, she began writing her own songs; the same year, a local DJ at Club Fever began inviting her on-stage to sing a song every Friday.
Pink was spotted one night by an executive for MCA Records, who asked her to audition for an R&B group called Basic Instinct. Although Pink's strong vocals landed her the gig, the group imploded not long after. She was quickly recruited for a female R&B trio called Choice, which signed to L.A. Reid and Babyface's LaFace label on the strength of their demo; however, they too disbanded due to differences over musical direction. During Choice's brief studio time, producer Daryl Simmons asked Pink to write a bridge section for the song "Just to Be Loving You." Impressed with the results, Pink rediscovered her songwriting muse, and an equally impressed L.A. Reid soon gave her a solo deal with LaFace.
Pink recorded her solo debut, Can't Take Me Home, with a variety of songwriting partners and dance-pop and R&B producers. Released in 2000, the album was a double-platinum hit; it spun off three Top Ten singles in "There U Go," "Most Girls," and "You Make Me Sick." She toured that summer as the opening act for *N Sync, but soon found herself tired of being pigeonholed as strictly a teen act despite her sassy, forthright persona. As she set about working on her follow-up album, Pink took part in the remake of Patti LaBelle's "Lady Marmalade" featured on the Moulin Rouge soundtrack, which also featured powerhouse divas Christina Aguilera, Mya, and Lil' Kim. The song was a massive hit, topping the charts in both the U.S. and U.K. while expanding Pink's own audience.
Toward the end of the year, Pink released her next single, "Get the Party Started," which climbed into the Top Five and became the singer's most inescapable hit to date. Her accompanying sophomore album, M!ssundaztood, quickly went double platinum; it boasted a more personal voice and an eclectic sound, plus heavy contributions from ex-4 Non Blondes singer Linda Perry, who helped bring some more rock muscle to Pink's sound (as did guest appearances by Steven Tyler and Richie Sambora). M!ssundaztood attracted positive critical notices as well, and its second single, "Don't Let Me Get Me," became another fast-rising Top Ten hit.
Pink next issued Try This in November 2003. The album continued her progression toward more rock-oriented material, due in part to the songwriting collaboration of Rancid frontman Tim Armstrong on eight of the album's tracks. Try This' lead single, "Trouble," cracked the upper regions of Billboard's Top 40 and earned Pink a Grammy Award for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance. On the home front, Pink wed motocross racer Carey Hart -- whom she had initially met at 2001's X-Games -- on January 7, 2006, in Costa Rica. Her next album, I'm Not Dead, appeared that April; its first single, "Stupid Girls," quickly became a hit, while "Who Knew" and "U + Ur Hand" both cracked the Top Ten. I'm Not Dead reached platinum status in several countries and helped ramp up anticipation for Pink's follow-up, Funhouse, which arrived in October 2008. ThE BesT wE hAvE fRoM P!nK

Una de las mas hermosas canciones que podemos oir de esta chica llamada P!nK (su nombre real es ALICIA BETH MOORE, pues es definitivamente, Let me let you know. Esta cancion simplemente refleja la potente y magnifica voz que tiene, no solo para interpretar R&B, con unas chispas de Soul, sino mas bien por que parece que este tipo de musica hubiese sido creado para ser interpretado por tan fabulosa cantante!......... Yo de tanto poner la musica de P!nK mi mama ya hasta se sabe las letras de sus canciones, es que sencillamente no creo que pueda existir alguna persona en el planeta que pueda escuchar a P!nK y que no se le pege las tonadas de sus canciones o al menos la tararee alguna de sus letras. La primera entrada de este Blog definitivamente tiene que ser con una suculenta informacion acerca de ella, ojo solo una introduccion, bien dicen que de lo bueno poco....no?......asi podremos seguir enganchados de todo lo que AQUI les podre ofrecer, mas adelante comenzaremos con los comentarios y muchas cosas mas. No se trata solamente de echarle un vistaso o leer algunas cositas, por que les aseguro que de aqui saldran tan empapados de lo que se refiere a P!nK que volveran por mas.........pasando el otro dia por una discotienda escuche el ultimo single (en ese momento claro esta) de P!nK y hubiesen visto como ese Señor (el que atendia en la discotienda) elevaba lo mas que podia la voz para poder dejar salir las tonadas de la cancion de P!nK (claro que al señor le faltan unas buenas clases de canto jejejeje). Bueno ya es hora de dejar esto y comenzar a trabajar para poder ofrecerles lo mejor de P!nK!!!.
